Rourkela: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and General Secretary of Hockey India, Bhola Nath Singh today felicitated Chief Minister of Sikkim, Prem Singh Tamang in the presence of FIH President Tayyab Ikram and Hockey India President Dilip Tirkey.
Tamang was felicitated ahead of the eagerly anticipated opening day clash between India and Spain, at the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium here.
