Bhubaneswar: Littérateur and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today unveiled four books by two separate authors at his official residence Naveen Niwas here.
While three books have been penned by Baishnab Prasad Mohanty, the former Public Relation Officer (PRO) of the Chief Minister, another book is authored by retired administrator Raghunath Mishra.
The three creations of Mohanty are: Odia translation of Vyasdev’s Shrimad Bhagabat Gita, a poetry collection in Odia ‘Matira Basna’ and an anthology of stories ‘Champa Fulara Mahaka’.
Similarly, Mishra has authored ‘Swajala Smruti Ra Saunta Sampati’ in Odia.
Unveiling the three creations of Mohanty, the Chief Minister, who himself is a reputed man of letters, appreciated the writer as well as advised his former PRO to keep on his intellectual and creative pursuit.
Also appreciating Mishra, the Chief Minister wished the author all success in reaching out to the masses with his long experience in the administrative field.
