Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has thanked Sony TV for highlighting Odisha’s sustained efforts to promote production and consumption of millets through its popular programme MasterChef India.
Odisha Millets Mission started by Odisha Government aims at large-scale revival of these indigenous super grains to make them essential part of modern day diet for a healthy life, informed the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) in a post on its X (formerly Twitter) handle.

Worth mentioning, Odisha Millets Mission earned the ‘Global Model on Millet Promotion’ award at the at the International Nutri-Cereal Convention (INCC) 5.0 held in Hyderabad from November 27th to 28th, 2023.
