Nayagarh Block Recorded Highest Rainfall In Odisha In Last 24 Hours

Bhubaneswar: Several places in Odisha recorded widespread rain in the last 24 hours. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the state received an average rainfall of 16.2 mm in the last 24 hours.

The average rainfall recorded from 01.07.2023 to 21.07.2023 was 211.1 mm against the July monthly average of 339.9 mm. Nayagarh block in Nayagarh district of Odisha received the highest rainfall of 139 mm during the period, while Khurda and Cuttack received

At least 10 blocks in Odisha recorded very heavy rainfall during the last 24 hours. They are as below:
