Cuttack: In a tragic incident, a woman was brutally attacked and killed by her neighbour Santosh Kumar Kumar Sinha at Gandhipally Leprosy Ashram under CRRI police limits in Odisha’s Cuttack district on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Priyatama Dalai.
According to Zone -2 ACP Arun Kumar Swain, the woman was killed due to past enmity between the two families. While the body of the deceased has been sent to SCCB Medical College and Hospital for autopsy, the accused is said to be absconding.
