Bhubaneswar: Nikunja Bihari Dhal, a 1993-batch Odisha cadre IAS officer, Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Odisha, Energy Department, with the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary; Excise Department; Chairman, GRIDCO, and Chairman of Odisha State Beverages Corporation Ltd; has been allowed to remain as the Special Relief Commissioner, Odisha, and Managing Director, Odisha State Disaster Management Authority in addition to his other responsibilities.
This was announced via a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, Government of Odisha, on Monday. It is worth mentioning here that PK Jena, Special Relief Commissioner and MD of Odisha State Disaster Management Authority will take over as the Chief Secretary of the Government of Odisha on March 1.
