Nischintakoili Drowning: CM Majhi Announces Rs 4 Lakh Ex-Gratia For Drowned Children’s Kin

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Saturday announced an ex-gratia payment of ₹4 lakh for each family of two toddlers who drowned in a pond in Ramakrushnapur village of Nischintakoili block of Cuttack district.  The ex-gratia amount will be paid from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Majhi while expressing deep grief over the drowning of the toddlers, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
