Bhubaneswar: As many as 18 places recorded maximum temperatures of above 40 degrees Celsius on Friday. Bolangir was the hottest at 43.7 degrees followed by Sonepur and Sambalpur at 43 degrees. Similarly, the third hottest place today was Boudh at 42.8 degrees Celcius.
