Northwester Rains Divert Flight And Delay Train Services In Bhubaneswar

**Bhubaneswar:** The heavy rains and strong winds of Nor’wester rains on Wednesday affected the flight and rail movements at the Capital city.

One scheduled flight Vistara785 flying from Delhi to Bhubaneswar was diverted to Kolkata at 9:16 am after it could not land here at the Biju Patnaik International airport due to heavy rain and strong wind.

Due to the ongoing bad weather and thunderstorm, many trains also got cancelled and delayed. The Angul-Puri Passenger had to be halted at Bhubaneswar station, Tata-Kacheguda, Talcher-Puri were stopped at Mancheswar and the Bhadrak-Bhubaneswar train was halted at Barang railway station.
