Not An Aspirant For LS Ticket, Says Berhampur MP Siddhant Mahapatra After Meeting Odisha CM

Bhubaneswar: Incumbent Berhampur MP, Siddhant Mahapatra today said that he was not an aspirant for the Lok Sabha ticket. Siddhant, a veteran Ollywood actor has represenated the southern Odisha seat twice.

"It would not be correct to say that am an aspirant for the MP ticket. That is the prerogative of our leader and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik," said Mohapatra after meeting the CM at Naveen Nivas on Sunday evening.

Mohapatra dismissed the claims that he was in touch with leaders from other political parties. "I am with the BJD and will deliver on whatever work am assigned.
