Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has announced a list of star campaigners for the upcoming Nuapada Assembly constituency by-election. The list includes party president Naveen Patnaik, 15 sitting MLAs, and three MPs who will campaign for the party’s nominee, Snehangini Chhuria.
The star campaigners include prominent BJD leaders such as Prasanna Acharya, Debi Prasad Mishra, Ranendra Pratap Swain, and Niranjan Pujari, among others. A total of 40 leaders have been named as star campaigners, who will reportedly reach out to voters and garner support for the party’s candidate.
The move is seen as a strategic effort by the BJD to strengthen its position in the Nuapada by-election and appeal to the local electorate.
