Bhubaneswar: A 20-year-old nursing student found hanging at the District Headquarters Hospital in Balasore under mysterious circumstances on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Romeo Ranjan Samal.
According to reports, Rouma was found hanging from a fan in the dressing room of the surgery ward. The deceased’s father, Mritunjaya Samal, is a hospital employee, and Romeo was his only son.
The exact reason behind the incident is yet to be determined, but there are speculations that he might have been committed suicide by hanging himself after losing in online game. He allegedly took his own life by hanging himself from a fan with a bedsheet when no one was at home.
Meanwhile, police have launched an investigation into the incident and are working to determine the circumstances surrounding Romeo’s death.
