Bhubaneswar: A student of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya (OAV), Masaninmunda, Kesinga in Kalahandi district has made the State proud by winning a gold medal at the Indo-Nepal International Championship.
A Class-X student of OAV Masaninmunda, Somesh Kumar Podh bagged the gold medal in the Under-16 Long Jump in the Championship, which was held from 4th to 7th May at Rangasala Stadium, Nepal.
The mega event was organized by School Games & Activity Development Foundation, registered under the Indian Government Act 1882, NITI Ayog Govt. of India, Udyog Addhar Govt. of India.
