Bhubaneswar: The state government has declared a holiday on October 25, Tuesday, due to a solar eclipse.
All government offices, schools, colleges, educational institutions, revenue courts, banks, and other banking institutions of the state will also remain closed on the day.
A partial solar eclipse with 41 percent visibility will be seen on October 25, this year.
