**Jharsuguda**: In a daring broad daylight loot, five unidentified miscreants looted Rs 9 lakh cash at gun point from a petrol pump owner’s house here today.
The incident occurred at Bagdihi under Laikera police limits when the owner’s son was on his way back home in the afternoon. His path was intercepted by five miscreants who followed him to his home and looted Rs 9 lakh cash and two gold rings.
Soon after the incident, police officials reached the spot and launched an investigation headed by the Jharsuguda Sub-Divisional Police Officers (SDPO) and Laikera police station’s Inspector In-Charge (IIC).
