Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cabinet on Friday approved 19 proposals from 12 departments during a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the Lok Seva Bhawan in the capital city.
After the 63rd Cabinet meeting, Finance Minister Bikram Kesari Arukha briefed the media on the proposals approved by the Cabinet, including the introduction of banking services in all the unbanked 4,373 Gram Panchayats.
Chief Secretary Pradeep Kumar Jena briefed the media about the other 18 agenda items on which the decision was taken in the Cabinet meeting. Finance Department Principal Secretary Vishal Kumar Dev was also present during the press briefing.
