Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik approved two proposals from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology and the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment.
The Cabinet approved the upgrading of Odisha State Workflow Automation System (OSWAS), which is considered among the best digital workflow systems in the country. The proposed improvement initiative will take the efficiency level of governance to a higher level under the 5T framework and ensure a citizen-friendly transparent system.
The Cabinet has also approved a sum of Rs 491.41 crore for urgent repairs, renovation, and reconstruction of the infrastructure at the Odisha International School of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) for a period of five years from 2023-24 to 2027-28. OUAT was established in 1962.
