Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Friday announced the final results of the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Examination-2023. A total of 398 candidates, including 144 women, have been recommended for appointment to Group A and Group B posts and services under the state civil services cadre.
The Main (Written) Examination was conducted on April 19, 20, 22, 24, 27, and May 15, 2025, while the Personality Test was held from September 6 to 18, 2025.
The top ten rank holders in the merit list are:

- Mirza Faiz Ahmed Quadri
- Chinmaya Sahu
- Antim Swain
- Shailesh Kumar Bhoi
- Monommad Nazif Hatif
- Chinmaya Kumar Padhi
- Milan Mohapatra
The Commission has said that candidature of selected candidates is provisional subject to further verification of the testimonials/certificates furnished by the candidates by the concerned Appointing Authority.
The Commission has advised candidates to visit the Website of the Commission at http://opsc.gov.in.
With this, nearly 400 new officers will soon join the state administration, strengthening governance across Odisha.
