Odisha CM Attends Christmas Program At St Vincent’s Pro Cathedral

**Bhubaneswar:** Chief Minister of Naveen Patnaik today attended the Pre-Christmas Program organized by the Archdiocese of Cuttack-Bhubaneswar at St. Vincent De Paul Pro Cathedral in Bhubaneswar.

Welcoming Patnaik, Archbishop John Barwa, S.V.D. said, “Our State is extremely fortunate and proud to have you as our Chief Minister and I have no hesitation to say that under your leadership we the christian community are very encouraged by your determination to ensure our safety and security.”

It is the third time Patnaik has attended a Christmas program at the Roman Catholic Church. On this occasion he was thanked wholeheartedly by the Christian Community for accepting the request to allot a piece of land for their burial ground.

Accepting greetings of the Archbishop and gathering present in the Cathedral, the Chief Minister said, “I am very happy to be with you in this festive season and I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”

Among others, Cuttack Barabati MLA Debasish Samantaray and Bhubaneswar Mayor Ananta Narayan Jena also accompanied the Chief Minister in the program.
