Odisha CM Joins ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign, Calls For Widespread Participation

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi joined the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, an initiative launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, at Lok Seva Bhavan, on Monday.

The campaign is aimed at encouraging every Indian to hoist the tricolour at their homes and ignite the spirit of patriotism to mark the 78th independence celebration.

CM Majhi signed on the canvas of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign with the slogan ‘Jai Hind’ and paid respects to the national flag.

Addressing the gathering, he said, “Our national flag is a symbol of pride and honour for us. This campaign aims to make every citizen aware of the significance of the national flag.”

On this occasion, the CM urged every Odia to participate in the campaign and hoist the national flag at their homes.

ent was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari, Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan, Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Minister Gokulananda Mallik, and senior administrative officials.

It is pertinent to mention that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is a part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, which will continue till August 15. The campaign encourages people to hoist the national flag at their homes, offices, and public places to show their love and respect for the country.
