Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday launched ‘104’ Health Helpline service. This service will be offered free of cost to people seeking advice on health services, blood bank and hospitals, free of cost.
The public can call on this number and speak to doctors between 9 am and 5 pm. Apart from the aforementioned services, information on mental health, child health, suicide prevention, family planning and HIV related issues will be provided.
The 104 call centre will also cater to people seeking information on emergency services, nutrition, cleanliness and maternity and child care. Information on epidemic and communicable diseases have also been included in the service.
