Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Majhi has extended his congratulations to Team India on their massive win against South Africa in the T20 match held at Barabati Stadium.
In a post on X, Majhi praised the team’s performance, saying, “The Barabati Stadium came alive tonight with the kind of cricket that makes the whole country cheer.”
Majhi highlighted the passion and sportsmanship displayed by the team, adding that it was a proud moment for Odisha and India. He also appreciated the arrangements made for the event, crediting the administration, sports bodies, and volunteers for ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for attendees.
India won the match by 101 runs, with Hardik Pandya starring with a blistering 59 off 28 balls. Jasprit Bumrah became the second Indian to take 100 T20I wickets during the match.
