Bhubaneswar: People across Odisha are celebrating Nandotsav on Tuesday with fervour and pomp to honour Nanda and Yashoda – the foster parents of Lord Krishna.
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has extended his wishes to the people on this occasion. Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) handle, Majhi wrote, “Many many wishes and good luck to all on the occasion of Holy Nandotsav. Surrendering ourselves to Lord Shrikrishna, let us all celebrate this auspicious day with immense joy and happiness.”
