**Bhubaneswar:** Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday ordered an administrative probe into attack on Union Minister Santosh Gangwar’s convoy in Bargarh when he was on the way to address a rally on June 24.
According to reports, the Chief Minister directed the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (Northern) to investigate the matter and submit the report within 60 days.
It may be recalled here that, following the incident, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had called up Governor SC Jamir and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Minister advised the Chief Minister to take appropriate action and prevent any such untoward incident in future.
The Home Minister also asked the CM to ensure safety and security of Central Ministers visiting the State.
