**Soro:** A 22-year-old college student named Swabhimaan Nayak was arrested with two pouches containing 20 gms of brown sugar worth Rs 2 lakhs from Jaleswar in Balasore.
The boy hails from Sarbodayanagar area under Budan PS of Puri.
“I was patrolling near with my staff member. I searched him out of suspicion noticing his activities. I seized 2 packets of different kinds of brown sugar from his possession which is worth Rs 2 lakhs,” informed Haraprasad Rana, Sub-Inspector of Excise, Jaleswar.
The boy is now being interrogated regarding the origin of this drug, and whether he is a part of a larger racket.
