**Bhubaneswar:** The much awaited Durga Puja festival is in its last leg and approaching completion. While the revellers and devotees are slightly disheartened to see the Puja season concluding, the Twin City police is gearing up for the smooth conduct of the Visarjan or immersion ceremony.
The immersion routes have been finalised. There will be three routes for the processions and adequate deployment will be done ahead of the Puja commitees’ cavalcades and at the end, DCP Anup Sahoo said.
Sahoo added that only those committees which have been granted licences for ‘Raavan Podi’ will be allowed to conduct the ceremony. “Since, fireworks will be at display, utmost caution will be observed with deployment of police and fire personnel,” he added.
