Bhubaneswar: The health condition of former Odisha Chief Minister and BJD President Naveen Patnaik, who was admitted to SUM Ultimate Medicare on Sunday with complaints of dehydration, has improved significantly, according to a hospital bulletin.
Doctors treating the 78-year-old leader said his condition is stable and he has been shifted from the observation room to a cabin for further monitoring. “Mr. Patnaik is feeling fresh and his treatment is continuing,” the hospital stated in its update.
Patnaik was admitted on Sunday afternoon after he complained of uneasiness. Hospital authorities confirmed that his condition has remained stable since admission, and he continues to respond positively to treatment.
