Odisha Finance Secretary Vishal Dev Vested With Additional Charge Of Electronics & IT Dept

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Finance Secretary Vishal Dev has been vested with the additional charge of the Electronics & IT department.

As per a notification of the Government of Odisha, the 1996-batch IAS officer is serving as the Principal Secretary of the Energy department, and the Chairman of Gridco.

Dev graduated in 1990 with a degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), BHU in Varanasi. He also studied Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow.

Before joining the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1996, Dev worked in the corporate sector for about 3 years.
