**Bhubaneswar:** The Odisha Government today effected a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre by transferring three top officials – CJ Venugopal, Madhu Sudan Padhi and Saswata Mishra, as per an official release.
Venugopal, a 1988-batch IAS officer, who is presently serving as the Principal Secretary to Governor of Odisha, has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of Electronics and Information Technology (E & IT) Department.
Padhi, a 1991-batch IAS officer, who is presently serving as the Transport Commissioner-cum-Chairman, State Transport Authority of Odisha, has replaced Venugopal as the Principal Secretary to Governor of Odisha.
Mishra, a 1996-batch IAS officer, who is presently serving as the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has been given additional charge of the Transport Commissioner.
