Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government is all set to implement sweeping reforms in the Odisha Joint Entrance Exams Examination (OJEE) pattern.
Briefing media persons here on Wednesday, Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi informed, “ Empty seats in engineering colleges has been a matter of concern for the Government. To tackle this situation, we have decided to implement a sliding system like IIT and NIT for admission. This will hopefully help students to get admission in subjects of their choice. ”
In a meeting here at the State Secretariat, Department of Technical Education has submitted a reform proposal to the Chief Secretary on this subject.
