Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik conveyed their hearty wishes to all the followers of Lord Jagannath in chaste Odia.
Taking to Twitter, Prof Lal prayed that this festival brings peace, harmony and brotherhood.
