Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government today appointed Mandakinee Kar as the Chairperson of the Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR).
Kar is a former member of the OSCPCR and happens to be the State Secretary of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD).
