Odisha Govt Appoints Retd IAS Officer Madhusudan Padhi As State Election Commissioner

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government on Monday appointed retired IAS officer Madhusudan Padhi as State Election Commissioner.

“In pursuance of clause (1) of Article 243-K of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Odisha is pleased to appoint Shri Madhusudan Padhi, IAS(Retd.) as State Election Commissioner, Odisha,” reads a notification issued by the Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department of the Odisha Government on Monday.
