Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government on Thursday appointed Additional Secretary to Government in Housing & Urban Development (H&UD) Department Satrughna Kar, OAS (SAG), as Director of Town Planning in addition to his own duties with immediate effect until further orders.
The Housing & Urban Development Department has issued a notification in this connection.
