Odisha Govt Extends PM Kisan KYC Deadline By Six Months

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has announced significant relief for farmers by extending the KYC deadline for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme by six months.

This extension, which began on September 8, aims to include more farmers in the scheme and provide them with financial support.

The decision is expected to benefit a large number of farmers in Odisha, ensuring they receive timely financial support for their agricultural activities. Farmers can update their KYC details and include themselves in the scheme within the extended deadline.

The sceme provides financial assistance of Rs 6,000 annually to eligible farmers in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each.
