Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has inked as many as 23 MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) with industrial organisations for setting up large industries in the state in the last 10 years.
This was revealed by Industries Minister Sampad Chandra Swain in a written reply to a query by Congress MLA from Jeypore Tara Prasad Bahinipati in the Odisha Assembly today.
The Minister said that he has no information on any of these industrial organisations withdrawing from the process of establishing industries.
