Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has launched an investigation into allegations of irregularities in the Computer-Based Recruitment Examination 2024 conducted by the Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC.
Some candidates brought allegations of unfair selection processes.
A press release from the Department of Public Administration and Public Grievances assured that senior officials are evaluating all aspects of the examination and relevant statistics. The government has pledged to ensure a fair and transparent recruitment process. The government will take appropriate decisions soon.
The OSSSC had conducted the examination for the posts of Revenue Inspector, Assistant Revenue Inspector, AMIN, Supervisor, and Statistical Field Surveyor in September.
Hundreds of aspirants have been demanding cancellation of the examinations, alleging irregularities and lack of transparency in the recruitment process.
