Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of Utkal Gourab Madhusudan Das’s birth anniversary on Monday, Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati offered heartfelt tributes to the revered freedom fighter, popularly known as ‘Madhu Babu.’
The Governor highlighted Madhu Babu’s indomitable efforts and resolute leadership in the formation of Odisha as a distinct state based on linguistic identity on April 1, 1936, describing his contributions as eternally memorable.
