Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Higher Education Department has extended the deadline for submitting the Common Application Form (CAF) for Plus III undergraduate admissions through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal.
This decision comes in response to demands from students, parents, and guardians who needed more time to complete the application process. The extension provides a much-needed breather for those facing challenges in meeting the original deadline.
As per the notification issued in this regard, students can now apply until June 4, 11:45 pm, thanks to a three-day extension from the original deadline of June 1. This move aims to alleviate time constraints faced by students due to pending exam results and document uploads.
The Higher Education Department has shared the information on its Twitter handle.
“On the demand of several students, parents and guardians, the Higher Education Department has decided to extend the last date for submission of U.G. Common Application Form (CAF) till 4th June, 2025, 11:45 PM”, read the tweet.
