Rayagada: A man was killed and his wife and son were critically injured after a wall of their house collapsed in Panasaguda village under Kashipur block following heavy rain.
The deceased has been identified as Samburu Majhi. his wife and son are undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital.
As per reports, the mishap took place last night when all of them were sleeping inside the house. Incessant rainfall had weakened the wall of the house and it collapsed killing Samburu on the spot.
On intimation, fire services personnel reached the spot and launched a rescue operation.
