Odisha Man Slashes Daughter-In-Law’s Nose During Feud

Cuttack: In a gruesome incident, a man assaulted his daughter-in-law by slashing her nose with a sharp weapon over a quarrel in Gobara hamlet, under the jurisdiction of Gurudijhatia police in Cuttack district, today.

The accused, identified as Amar Naik, attacked his daughter-in-law using a sharp weapon during the quarrel.

After the injured woman approached the Gurudijhatia police, she was admitted to the Gurudijhatia Public Health Centre (PHC) for treatment.

The Gurudijhatia police officials have started an investigation into the matter and are currently interrogating the accused, Amar Naik.
