Balasore: In a shocking incident, the body of a missing girl student was found hanging from a tree at a forest under Nilagiri police limits here on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Rashmi Marandi of Taratari village.
As per reports, the +2 student had gone missing on June 15. A complaint was lodged after she was nowhere to be found. This morning, locals detected a foul smell and on tracing it they found the girl’s body hanging from a tree.
On intimation, cops reached the spot and began probe into the matter.
