Bhubaneswar: The Higher Education Department of the Government of Odisha has officially announced the registration schedule for the Mukhyamantri Research Fellowship 2025–26.
This fellowship is intended for Ph.D. applicants applying to State Public Universities under the Higher Education Department and other Government departments in Odisha.
As per the official notification, the registration process will be conducted online through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal.
The Common Application Form (CAF) will be available on the SAMS website (www.samsodisha.gov.in) starting May 29, 2025, at 4 pm.
The last date for submission of the online application is set for June 24, 2025, at 11.45 pm.
A post by DHE_Odisha, the official handle of the Department of Higher Education, on the social media platform X, stated, “Any changes in the timeline will be published in newspapers and also updated on the official website www.samsodisha.gov.in. The Common Prospectus (CP) is available on the SAMS portal. Applicants are advised to refer to the CP for further details regarding the activities.”
