Bhubaneswar: Odisha-origin Rekha Acharya, a Partner at the Information Services Group, was honored at the Dallas Business Journal’s 2023 Women in Technology Awards.
The tenth annual awards programme honors pioneers who are making their presence felt in technology across different industries in North Texas.
Rekha is currently a Partner in Information Services Group (ISG), a global technology research and advisory firm. ISG works with Global 2000 companies, which includes more than 75 top 100 enterprises in the world.
As a Partner of ISG, Rekha drives sales and delivery for a $37 million business unit. She is the only Indian woman to be appointed as a partner in the firm.
In addition to serving as a Partner in ISG, Rekha is also a strong advocate for the National Kidney Foundation in the United States and regularly speaks at various women and leadership fora.
She joined the National Kidney Foundation after the untimely death of her mother Santimayee.
Born to Promod Chandra Acharya and Late Santimayee Acharya, currently Rekha is based in Dallas with her husband Debashish Panda, and son Kapil Panda.
