For teachers, AI will streamline administrative tasks such as grading, attendance, and lesson planning, allowing them to focus more on student engagement and mentoring.
Additionally, AI-driven analytics will help educators identify learning gaps and tailor interventions for struggling students. CK-12 Foundation’s platform also includes offline accessibility and content tailored for various subjects, enabling students in Odisha to learn at their own pace. This initiative is expected to bridge educational gaps, promote equity, and provide teachers with the resources needed to enhance their instruction.
Speaking at the event, Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja highlighted the transformative role of AI in governance and education. He emphasized that AI is not only enhancing learning experiences but also improving efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery in governance. AI-powered tools are streamlining administrative processes, automating routine tasks, and providing data-driven insights for policy formulation. In the training of officials, AI-based platforms offer personalized learning, virtual simulations, and real-time feedback, ensuring continuous skill development.
Ahuja also noted that AI is enhancing public service delivery through smart chatbots, automated grievance redressal systems, and predictive analytics for better resource allocation. By leveraging AI, the government aims to provide faster, transparent, and citizen-centric services, ultimately improving the quality of life for the people of Odisha.
The partnership with CK-12 Foundation marks a significant milestone in Odisha’s journey towards equitable and inclusive education. By integrating AI and digital learning tools, the state is paving the way for a data-driven, student-centered environment that prepares students for future technological advancements.
This initiative is expected to have a far-reaching impact, ensuring that every student in Odisha has access to quality education, regardless of their circumstances. With this collaboration, Odisha is setting an example for other states to follow, demonstrating how technology and innovation can be harnessed to create a brighter future for all.
