Bhubaneswar: A massive influx of devotees has been reported in Puri since last night as the town prepares for the Sunabesha of Lord Jagannath. To manage the crowd, the police have issued a traffic alert, advising devotees to plan their travel accordingly.
Parking spaces in the city are almost full, with vehicles being redirected to Talabania and Sterling. The waiting time at Malatipatpur may be over an hour due to the heavy rush. Devotees are advised to expect longer waiting times at Batgaon and Malatipatpur.

“Due to the influx of devotees to Puri throughout the night for the darshan of Mahaprabhu Jagannath, the parking places in the city are almost full. Depending on the availability of parking spaces, we are moving towards Talabania and Sterling. Waiting time may be longer at Batgaon/Maltipatpur,” police alerted.
