Bhubaneswar: Health & Family Welfare Minister Naba Kisore Das today said that in the current year over Rs 101 crore has been given to beneficiaries as health assistance under the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY).
“In the current year 6,70,53,362 beneficiaries in government hospitals and 2,06,305 beneficiaries in private hospitals have in total received health assistance amounting to Rs 101,26,39,662,” informed Das responding to a question by BJP member Shankar Oram.
The Minister said that over 70 lakh families are being covered under the BSKY.
He further said that over 70 lakh families are covered under BSKY which include 69,69,672 families earlier covered under the Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY), Biju Krushak Kalyan Yojana (Stream I & II) and the Odisha State Treatment Fund (OSTF).
