Odisha Receives Avg Rainfall Of 21.6 mm During Last 24 Hours

Bhubaneswar: Odisha received an average of 21.6 mm rainfall during the last 24 hours. According to the data shared by IMD, Koraput block in Koraput district received the highest 168 mm rainfall during the same time period.

Total four blocks recorded more than 100 mm rainfall during last 24 hours. These are: Koraput – 168.0 mm, Nandapur – 137.0 mm, Similiguda – 103.0 mm and Jeypore – 100.8 mm of Koraput District.

The State’s average rainfall recorded from September 1 to September 20 was 250.2 mm against September’s monthly average of 231.9 mm, the IMD informed.
