Odisha Records 21.07% Voter Turnout Till 11 AM

Bhubaneswar: Brisk voting is being witnessed at several polling stations in the five Lok Sabha and 35 Assembly constituencies in Odisha where elections are being held in the second phase on Monday.

Till 11.00 am, 21.07% of the electorate has exercised their franchise in these constituencies. While Jharsuguda witnessed the highest voting, the lowest number of votes was cast in Bolangir. According to the state election officials, the maximum voter turnout was 25.32% in Jharsuguda, while the lowest voter turnout (17.16%) was recorded in Bolangir.

Similarly, 22.06% of votes were cast in Bargarh, 21.75% in Boudh, 21.98% in Ganjam, 19.35% in Kandhamal, 20.97% in Nayagarh, and 20% in Sonepur.
