Bhubaneswar: Odisha witnessed highest ever spike in cases on Saturday as 173 more persons tested positive for COVID-19. The total count has moved to 2781, while there are 1167 active cases of COVID-19 with 1604 recoveries and eight deaths in the State now.
Of the 173 detected today, 150 were in quarantine and rest 23 are local contact cases. The I&PR Department took to Twitter to state the district-wise distribution of cases.
